Shipping

At Bad Habitz, we strive to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and enjoyable from start to finish. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to know exactly what to expect when you order from us.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday). Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. During peak seasons or sales, processing time may take a bit longer, but we will notify you if there are any delays.

Returns

We want you to love every item you purchase from Bad Habitz, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy below to understand the process.

1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition with all original tags still attached.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date (or the date your order was marked as delivered).
  • Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. These are clearly marked on the product page.
